We now use the Mazzer Major Electronic Espresso Grinder. Grinding is made quick and dosing precise. The Major E 83mm burrs spin at between 1400 – 1600 r.p.m. The electronic dosing chute and timed electronic dosing makes a more consistent shot time after time.
